Attendance policy
To ensure your dog has the best possible experience at ZOOMIES, we require a minimum of one visit per week for all daycare dogs. Regular attendance helps your dog stay familiar with the environment, staff, and playgroups.

Dogs who attend less than once per week may experience increased stress or anxiety because they aren’t as accustomed to the routine, environment, and socialization with other dogs. Consistent visits help reduce stress and allow your dog to fully enjoy and benefit from daycare.

If your dog is unable to attend daycare during a given week, a $20 retainer fee will be charged. This fee secures your dog’s spot in our daycare and helps maintain consistency for both your pup and their playgroup. No exceptions.
Cancelation policy
ZOOMIES requires a 24-hour notice of cancellation for daycare and enrichment. If you want your dog to come to daycare, but cancel their enrichment add-on, the 24-hour notice applies so we can fill that enrichment slot with another dog. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will be charged for the full price of the service.

If you cancel less than 24 hours before your daycare day, AND it results in you coming less than one time that week, you will be charged the cancellation fee and the retainer fee. Exceptions made for emergencies only.
No-call no-show policy
Out of respect for our staff and other clients, we require notice if your dog will not be attending their scheduled daycare day. No call / no shows prevent us from offering your dog’s reserved spot to another pup who could have joined daycare that day.

If you do not notify us and your dog does not attend (a no-call / no-show), you will be charged the full price of your scheduled daycare day plus a $5 convenience fee. Exceptions made for emergencies only.
