Step 1️⃣:

Step 3️⃣:

At the first evaluation (20 minutes), your pup will be introduced to 2-3 dogs and shown around the facility. We will also go over our rules/regulations with you and answer any questions you have.

Once your pup is done with their eval, we will go over how it went and will schedule the second/final evaluation with you.

Step 4️⃣:

During the final evaluation (2 hours), your dog will be in a small group of 10 dogs or less. At the end, we will go over how your dog's day went and any recommendations we have.

Step 5️⃣:

We will help you create a schedule for daycare that works best for you and your pup! If you plan on doing full days of daycare, we will hand you a bin to fill up with food and bring back on their first day.

Upon drop-off, a staff member will remove your dog’s leash and collar and tuck them into their cubby. Your pup will head straight outside to burn off those “I’m so happy to be here!!” zoomies and take a quick potty break before the fun begins. After that, they’ll head back inside to join their playgroup for the day.

Throughout the day, dogs will romp and play inside our 6,000+ square foot indoor play areas. About every 30 minutes, they’ll head outside to stretch their legs and enjoy fresh air in our large outdoor dog run.

Full-day pups will take a well-earned break for lunch and naptime. From 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM, dogs will relax in their kennels with calming background music playing softly. This downtime helps tummies settle after lunch and bodies recharge for more play ahead.

At 1:00 PM, it’s back outside and then back to their playgroups for the afternoon. Along the way, dogs will practice group sits, gate manners, and other fun, simple training exercises. If any add-on services are requested, your pup will enjoy some extra-special one-on-one time with our staff while participating in the add-on service.

At the end of the day, leashes and collars will go back on, and your dog will head home happy and ready for a good night’s sleep.

Good question! You are responsible for bringing in your own dog's food for naptime. We provide you with a food bin that you can take home and fill up. This food bin will be kept at daycare in their cubby, so you don't have to bring it in every day. When the food bin is empty, we will send it home so you can fill it back up!

We feed 1 cup of food for large/medium dogs, and 1/2 cup of food to small dogs. If requested, other amounts can be fed for a personalized diet.

Does your pup eat food that requires refrigeration? We have a small refrigerator that we can keep your pup's food in until they are ready to eat. Please only bring one serving of food each day, as we have limited space.

Yes! We have metal food bowls that are sanitized & cleaned after each use. We also have slow feeders upon request or if we see a dog who is eating too fast, we will give them a slow feeder.
