Catalina, a groomer of 6 years, has been working with dogs since the age of 13. From vet offices to dog parks, she has seen it all! But she loves the creative aspect and bonding experience that grooming brings.

Starting her career as a dog walker and play group supervisor in Somerville, Massachusetts, she was introduced to the world of dogs through her father. He passed on his lifelong passion and decades of experience in behavior and training through their family-run businesses. She later began grooming in Florida, where she received hands-on training working with cats and behavioral cases in Orlando, and went on to further develop her skills under a Master Groomer in Pensacola.

Certified in Reiki and Separation Anxiety Training, she now specializes in rehabbing dogs with grooming anxiety and/or reactivity, but she will always love working on big, fluffy, or curly coats and terrier breed cuts. 

Working one-on-one allows her to provide the most individualized care for pets. Here at Zoomies, she will ensure all pets receive exactly the care they need.
